Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition
• In the original packaging


Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

• Final sale items
• Gift cards


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Blind Box / Mystery Box Policy

Blind box (mystery box) items are sold as sealed products with random contents.

By purchasing a blind box item, customers acknowledge and accept:
• The random nature of product selection
• That variations are part of the product experience
• That blind box items are final sale and non-refundable once opened


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
